Paddy The Baddy

Gloves and Pads are a must for these fun and tech-related pad sessions. You’ll be partnered up to strike and hold the pads throwing basic to advanced combinations depending on how comfortable you are on the pads. No need to worry if you are not great on the pads, we’ll pair you up with someone whos equal to you.

Weights Wednesday Fitness

It does what it says on the Tin. Wednesday is a little break from punching with our full body weights circuit in our new state-of-the-art downstairs studio. Before you ask this session wont make your arms or muscle groups BIGGER, but give them a little burn the following day you don’t usually feel from the boxing session.

12 Rounds

Also a favourite with our members, 12 Rounds entails a 12 Round Boxing Circuit involving s@i^ loads of punching, body weight exercises and cardio. It’s non-stop and frantic but you’ll be sure to take any stress away from your day by rocking up to this session.

Pads & Bodyweight

A slight variation to Paddy the Baddy but with a few more bodyweight exercises thrown in for good measure to get your heart rate pumping and sweat pouring.
